I have always enjoyed baking and cake making, and
trained in cake decoration and sugar flowers at
Brooklands College, a centre of excellence for bakery,
where I passed with distinctions in all courses.

 

I have a current Food Safety certificate, I am
registered with Environmental Health with our local
council and have been given an Excellent rating,
and I am also fully insured.

 

I always use the finest ingredients from free range eggs and real butter in my buttercream filling, to vegetarian flowerpaste for my sugar flowers.
